EARLY CHILDHOOD COORDINATING COMMITTEE

  As a functional committee of FCFC:

* We believe children (birth to five years) have the right to services and
   experiences that provide appropriate opportunities for their growth
   and development.
* We believe that early intervention services for children with special needs
   can provide a key to a healthier, more positive future.
* We believe the family has the right to choose which eligible services
   they will receive.   By working together we have accomplished
   many celebrations:
