Oversight.
Help Me Grow is governed by the Family and Children First Council.  The Early Childhood Collaborative Committee provides planning and oversight for Help Me Grow, while the Council reviews and approves significant changes in the program design and assists in addressing important issues.

The Project Director ensures that all parts of Help Me Grow are working together smoothly, effectively and efficiently. The Intake and Referral Specialist is responsible for central intake and referral into the Help Me Grow system. The Service Coordinators provide the various services that Help Me Grow offers, to support, empower and educate our families with children birth to 3 years of age.
