POPULATION SERVED: Four year olds and older threes who live in the
Circleville City School District. Priority for enrollment is given to four year olds who qualify for Free/Reduced Tuition Program.

ENROLLMENT/CLASS SIZE: 40 children 20 AM and 20 PM
Staff:Child ratio 1:10


FEE: Determined by income

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Half-day program, Monday through Friday
Am class 8:40–11:20
Pm class 12:30-3:10
The program curriculum is aligned to the Ohio Department of Education Early Learning Content Standards.

The Program Philosophy:
• Families and teachers are partners with each other and the community. We must work together to provide the best experiences for children.
• Each child is unique and special
• Children learn best by doing and playing
• Children learn from others—both adults and other children.
• Curriculum should include personal and social development, language and literacy, math, science, social studies, creative arts, physical development and health and safety.
• The classroom should be safe and have areas for learning
• Teachers plan for children each day, based on the experiences, needs and interests of each child.
• Learning should be FUN!
